Receptionist wanted for an NHS Dental practice with 6 surgeries located in Meanwood, Leeds. R4 Dental system used. Experience is ideal, but training can be provided. job role includes: -answering phone lines. -scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed. -updating patients records. -verifying methods of payment & collecting payments as needed. -performing general office duties, photocopying, filing/scanning etc. -dealing with dental referrals. -cash handling. this is a part-time position 2 days per week.
