General Dentist and Orthodontist needed in Ipswich. SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE. Mixed practice with lots of private potential. Providing advanced dental treatments. Candidates will be working alongside highly experienced Specialists and Dentists with Special Interests. An ideal practice for candidates with experience in Private and Cosmetic dentistry. Greatly respected dental practice in the town of Ipswich. High-spec practice with modern equipment. Permanent full-time and part-time available. Candidates must have GDC and Performer Numbers and be appropriately indemnified during their work. Orthodontist would need to be on GDC Specialist List. Private split is 40-60 and UDA value is up to £14 per UDA. Must be able to easily and reliably commute to work or be willing to relocate. Preferred candidates would have:
- excellent communication skills, 
- be able to actively listen to patients and interpret their individual needs and wants,
- be respectful, courteous and polite at all times, 
- be able to put patients at ease and be able to explain complex treatment plans in a way that patients can understand and have trust in, 
- have detailed knowledge of oral health and dental problems and their treatment options, 
- be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry and orthodontics (for specialist position), 
- have excellent problem-solving skills as well as analytical and critical thinking ability, 
- be flexible with a capacity to work independently and as part of a team,
- have up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and latest dental treatments, procedures and products.
