Role: Self-Publisher of Books


  • Manuscript Evaluation: Review and assess submitted manuscripts to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for publication.
  • Editorial Coordination: Collaborate with authors to arrange developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading services. Ensure manuscripts are polished and error-free.
  • Design and Formatting: Oversee the design process, including cover design and interior formatting. Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing and market-ready books.
  • Production Management: Manage the printing process, including coordinating with printers to produce high-quality paperbacks, hardcovers, and digital versions. Ensure timely production and quality control.
  • Distribution: Facilitate the distribution of books through various channels, including online retailers like Amazon, bookstores, and other platforms. Optimize distribution strategies to maximize reach and sales.
  • Marketing Support: Provide authors with marketing and promotional strategies, including social media campaigns, press releases, and book launch events. Assist in creating marketing materials to enhance book visibility.
  • Self-Publishing Consultation: Offer personalized consultation to authors, guiding them through the self-publishing process, from manuscript preparation to post-publication promotion. Provide expert advice on self-publishing best practices.
  • Rights Management: Assist authors in managing book rights, including foreign language translations, audiobook versions, and other derivative works. Ensure authors retain control over their intellectual property.
