Queen Square Dental and Implant Clinic is a high profile private dental clinic and we are looking for a special person to join our team.
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and organisational skills. A record of previous reception/admin experience is essential for application. We are looking for a friendly, confident but empathetic individual with a positive attitude. You will be have initiative and enthusiasm for high standards of customer care and be quick to learn new skills.
The successful candidate will be well presented, clearly spoken and articulate and be able to cope with the challenges of a busy clinic.
Essential skills:
1) Excellent command of spoken and written English.
2) Exceptional telephone and call handling skills.
3) Reliable and trustworthy with proven organisational abilities.
4) Ability to show excellent customer service experience.
Experience with Dentally software will be advantageous however, training will be given to the successful candidate.
