Windlesham Dental Clinic is a new, CQC-registered private dental practice opening in March 2026 in the heart of Windlesham, Surrey. The clinic is being developed as part of a wider private medical service with an established and growing membership base, providing a strong platform for patient demand from launch.

We are now seeking a General Dentist to join us at an early stage and grow with the practice long term.

The Opportunity

This is not a short-term associate role. We are looking for a dentist who wants their own place to practise, with the opportunity to help shape a modern, high-quality private clinic from the ground up.

Although Windlesham Dental Clinic is a squat practice, it will launch with immediate visibility and demand through our existing private medical service and membership population. We expect a steady flow of patients from the outset, with strong potential for growth in both routine and elective dentistry.

The practice is being developed as a visiting specialist hub, with a regular implantologist already planned to work alongside the general dentist. Over time, the clinic will expand into implant dentistry, cosmetic treatments, facial aesthetics and emergency dental care.

Clinical Scope

The role will primarily involve:

• Routine and general dentistry
• Check-ups, examinations and treatment planning
• Preventative care and restorative work
• Management of private patients in a high-quality setting
• Collaboration with visiting specialists (including implantology)

As the practice develops, there will be opportunities to expand into:

• Cosmetic dentistry
• Facial aesthetics
• Implant-led care
• Evening emergency dental appointments

Working Pattern

• Part-time: 1-2 days per week
• Days to be agreed
• Opportunity to increase sessions as demand grows
