Job Summary
We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. To support our growing team, we are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist who can bring professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to our front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
  • Handle patient enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Liaise with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and healthcare regulations
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Other administartion duties set by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with dental software systems Dentally
  • A caring and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or similar programmes
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software is advantageous but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,880.00-£27,040.00 per year
