Your Key Roles:
- Welcoming patients with a beaming smile (behind the mask or not!).
- Managing appointments, bookings, and the practice diary efficiently.
- Handling patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing payments and managing patient records with confidentiality.
- Supporting the clinical team and ensuring the reception area is pristine.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication skills and a natural, friendly manner.
- Is highly organised, computer literate, and able to multitask.
- Possesses a proactive, "can-do" attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has experience in a customer-facing or reception role (dental or medical experience is a big plus, but not essential for the right person!).
- Is a true team player who radiates positivity.
