Dental Receptionist

Job Description

Job Role: Receptionist at Damira Dental Studios Woolston Practice:

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for our patients within the practice. You will support patients throughout their visit in practice with Damira Dental Studios, providing a seamless experience from welcoming them when they walk in the door through to when they have finished their appointment with the dentist.

Purpose of the Job

We are looking for friendly and professional individuals with previous customer service experience to:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Book appointments and answer queries as required
  • Take payments as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately schedule appointments, manage booking needs, and confirm up to date details.
  • Ensure the patient has filled out a medical history form in the required time frame.
  • Take payment from patients ahead of their appointments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions.
  • Ensure the patient books their next recall appointment.

Performance Expectations

  • Provide prompt, professional responses to all patient enquiries.
  • Coordinate effectively with the contact centre team to streamline appointment scheduling and payment processes.

Hours and Days:

Maximum 32 hours per week.

Your Work Schedule will be:

  • Wednesday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
