We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a Lead Dental Nurse to our growing team at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics. This position has opened due to our current lead nurse stepping into a new role within the practice.

We’re a well-established, fully private and independent dental and aesthetics practice, with locations in Matlock and Chesterfield. Our team is proud to deliver exceptional care in a modern, welcoming environment, offering a wide range of treatments including cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics, implants, sedation, Invisalign, and general dentistry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration
  • Experience working in a dental practice
  • A positive, flexible, and approachable personality
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and customer service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in leading and supporting a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support our team of nurses, maintaining high clinical standards
  • Ensure compliance with the latest CQC guidelines
  • Assist with a range of procedures including cosmetic, implant, aesthetic, sedation, and general dentistry
  • Organise and lead regular nurses’ meetings
  • Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations both clinically and administratively

Hours:

Between 32 – 40.25 hours per week
(Part-time or full-time considered)

Springmount Dental & Aesthetics, Chesterfield S40 4SW

Salary:

From £14.77 per hour, depending on experience
