Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Associate Dentists to join our dynamic dental team!

This position will allow the candidate clinical freedom, and will nurture those interested in developing further skills as well as supporting those with special interests. in the role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive and innovative practice setting, in a new modern dental clinic, with a big emphasis on enhancing patient care via provision of private dental care.

There re a number of positions available:

Option 1: Option of immediate start, with existing patient list, with excellent immediate renumeration.

Option 2: We also several other openings with start dates estimated in May 2026.

Part-time and full time roles will be considered.

We have a full team of staff including experienced nurses, reception staff and managers, allowing the dentist to concentrate on dentistry and self development.

Duties

  • Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and preventive care
  • Opportunity to perform complex procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
  • Mentorship available from senior colleagues in complex procedures, extractions, IV sedation and oral surgery including implant dentistry
  • Utilise dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans effectively with patients and team members.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and dental examinations, ensuring compliance with regulations for patient privacy.
  • Use advanced dental software (currently Exact) competently or acquire skills with training
  • Maintain strict infection control protocols and operate a safe environment for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with the dental team effectively
  • Document all treatments thoroughly in medical records
  • Stay current, maintain cpd, and utilises opoortunities to self development
  • Operate in a manner to support the business and maintain practice ethos

Qualifications

  • Valid BDS Qualification or equivalent
  • GDC registered
  • Passion for high quality care
  • Thirst for knowledge and learning
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Proven experience in general dentistry
  • Experience working in a private or fast paced dental clinic is highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
