If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

At Harley Street Dental Studio, we provide world-class cosmetic and restorative dentistry in one of the UK’s most prestigious private settings. About the Role

You will manage incoming calls, emails and messages, support appointment scheduling, and ensure patients feel informed and cared for at every stage of their journey. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and move patients forward in their treatment plans.

You’ll work closely with our Treatment Coordinators and Patient Experience & Sales Manager to ensure a seamless, premium experience and that no patient enquiry is overlooked.

  • Managing patient questions, concerns and expectations with empathy and clarity
  • Re-engaging lapsed or undecided enquiries through structured follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM records and patient notes
  • Supporting front-desk reception duties as required
  • Identifying common patient questions, objections or trends and feeding these back to the sales team
  • Delivering a consistently premium, brand-aligned, 5-star patient experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a polished, confident and engaging professional who understands the importance of first impressions and exceptional patient care.

  • Proven experience in reception, bookings, sales support or client-facing roles
  • Previous phone-based or enquiry-handling experience preferred (2–3 years ideal)
  • Excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills
  • Calm, confident and professional manner with strong emotional intelligence
