Happy Kids Dental is excited to announce the opening of our new state-of-the-art practice in Wimbledon Village! We are looking for an experienced, positive, and energetic receptionist who is passionate about creating unique experiences for our patients and eager to join our growing team.

About Us:

Happy Kids Dental is the largest private specialist paediatric dental practice in the UK, with existing locations in Marylebone, Chelsea, and Hammersmith. We are now expanding our reach with the addition of our Wimbledon practice, offering the same comprehensive spectrum of paediatric dental care. Our practices are designed to accommodate any clinical case in-house, supported by a dedicated and versatile team of specialists, consultants, dental nurses, TCOs, and receptionists.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced dental receptionist to join our new Wimbledon team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading specialists in dentistry, supporting children and families in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism, efficiency and a smile.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and manage appointment schedules.
• Provide advanced diary management for a busy clinical environment.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for patients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards in every interaction.

Position Details:

Part time days are specific to Tues, Wed, Thurs & 2 Saturdays per month.

Full-time 5 days/40 hours per week including 2 Saturdays per month.

Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience.
