Chancery Dental Duston is expanding!
We are a three-surgery, fully private dental practice based in Duston, Northampton, and we are looking to welcome a qualified or trainee dental nurse to join our growing team. This role will include both clinical nursing and reception duties.

The dental nurse plays a key role within the dental team, providing high-quality oral healthcare and excellent patient service. As you will be in close contact with patients of all ages, a friendly manner, good communication skills, and a professional attitude are essential.
For trainee dental nurses, you will assist with all clinical aspects of the surgery while delivering a high level of patient care. You should be calm under pressure and able to put patients at ease. Full support, training, and development will be provided to help you build the skills and knowledge required for a successful dental nursing career.
You daily activities could include:
- Assisting the dentist with providing treatments to patients
- Patient care
- Setting up and cleaning surgeries
- Sterilising instruments
- Updating patient records
- Maintaining equipment
- Preparing instruments and materials for various treatments
- Adhering to practice policies and procedures
During training, you will develop the skills required to support both patients and the dental team in delivering safe, effective care, from routine check-ups to advanced specialist treatments.
