Due to expansion a new role has become available for a Lead Dental Nurse .As a GDC registered and qualified dental nurse, your role within the PUREDENTAL clinics is essential to providing our calm and comforting philosophy to championing people's oral health.
You will be required to aid the clinician in the delivery of implants, cosmetic , general and orthodontic care.
In conjunction with the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of clinical governance arrangements for the practice and establishing high quality workflows and systems for patient care (including decontamination and sterilisation).
As well as being a role model and team leader to the nursing team, you will work together with the Lead Clinician ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and ensuring the dental practice remains compliant with all regulatory requirements. You will provide the highest quality dental nursing support to clinicians and support the nursing team to follow systems in place. You will be expected to work with minimum supervision, using your own initiative, and carry out duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the practice and so aid the dental staff to maximise the use of their time.

Pay: £27,750.00-£29,000.00 per year
