As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance and smooth day-to-day running of the practice — including team management, sales performance, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house and clinical teams
- Oversee scheduling, patient communication, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements
- Support marketing initiatives and business growth strategies
- Handle HR duties, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and reporting
- Creating a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role (essential)
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and dental compliance requirements (preferred)
- Previous dental experience is advantageous but not mandatory; however, an understanding of healthcare practices is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Commercially-minded, proactive, and professional attitude with strong leadership qualities
